This washable weighbridge is a high-precision electronic platform scale manufactured by our company. The scale body consists of the scale body, base frame, frame, ramps, and cylinders. The scale body is made of 304/316 stainless steel through bending and welding. The panel bending combined with the bent U-beams welded together forms a semi-sealed structure. Through 3D simulation and finite element calculation, special reinforcement is applied to concentrated stress points, making the scale body stronger and its service life longer. Adjustment holes are located above the sensors at the four corners of the scale body for easy leveling. This product is washable and easy to clean, meeting the harsh weighing environment requirements of the chemical, food, and medical industries.
