Selectable filling modes based on user requirements:
Intuitively displays each cylinder’s pre-fill weight, fill volume, post-fill weight, etc.
Filling interface options: Normal filling mode or mode hiding empty cylinder weight (total weight displayed when filling reaches 10% of target volume). Switch between modes by long-pressing the “Cylinder Weight -0.5” key for 3 seconds. Batch Query Function: The filling interface allows querying the cumulative cylinder count and total gas consumption for the last ten batches. Anti-Tampering Function: If human intervention causes the scale platform weight to decrease during filling, the process halts with an automatic alarm – LOC. Overfill Prevention: Each cylinder type has a maximum fill limit, configurable by the user as needed. Customer codes and cylinder serial numbers can be entered to enable customer sales management and
cylinder tracking (requires wireless data communication module).
Wireless Communication (Optional): Transmits filling data in real-time to computer software for live monitoring, querying cylinder filling details, and accessing summary reports.
